Outreach Services
Our Outreach office visits Independent and Assisted Living facilities as well as Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Westlake city limits.

Homebound Services
We provide free homebound services to any Westlake resident with a permanent or temporary condition that prevents a safe visit to the library.
If you don't have a library card, we will issue one for you.
Materials you can receive for home delivery:

- DVDs and Videos
- Books and CD and Cassette
- Music CDs
- Playaway self-playing digital audiobooks
