Are you the one in your household keeping track of school assignments, meal planning, managing family prescriptions and scheduling therapy appointments?
Join Terri McNeely, LISW, of the Child and Family Counseling Center of Westlake, who will discuss the exhaustive mental load that many families shoulder and some tips for how to bring more balance in the home when that burden falls unevenly on caregivers.
This interactive support group is a chance for caregivers to meet other families facing similar concerns. Parents will have the chance to learn coping tools and connect while enjoying coffee and treats.
Free, supervised children’s activities are available for this event for children ages 1-12, but registration is required. Click here to register for children’s activities.
