Request a Makerspace Reservation

Contact staff in the Makerspace by telephone at 440-871-2600 ext. 2 or via email using the form below to request a reservation for equipment.

Please include the date, time, and equipment requests, as well as an email address or phone number to confirm your reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by a Makerspace staff member. Confirmations can take up to 24-hours. For requests within the next 24-hours, please call the Makerspace during open hours 440-871-2600 opt. 2. Each Monday, reservations will be available for the week-of and week-following.

Recommended Reservation Length for Equipment:

  • 3D Printer:* 3 hours
  • Sound Booth: 2 hours
  • Button Maker: 1 hour
  • CNC Carving:* 3 hours
  • Cricut: 1 hour
  • Embroidery Machine: 1 hour
  • Heat Press: 1 hour
  • Sewing Machine: 1 hour
  • Design Mac or PC: 2 hours
  • Wacom One Drawing Tablet: 2 hours
  • Makerspace Laptop: No Reservation Needed

*Orientation is required prior to use.

Additional time may be used if the equipment is not reserved after your time slot.

Please consult the Makerspace Open hours at right. Verify your request is during Makerspace open hours.

Makerspace Hours

Sunday: 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
Monday: 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
Tuesday – Wednesday: 1:30 p.m.–8 p.m.
Thursday – Saturday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
