Submit a 3D Printing Request

Before submitting a 3D print request, please review the following documents:

To request a print be added to our staff-operated print queue, complete the form below. Print size is limited to a maximum of four (4) hours. Prints can take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the print and current volume in the queue.

A Makerspace account is not required for the staff-assisted 3D print service.
