Drive-Up Services

Drive-Up Window

You can pick up your available holds and complete other quick transactions at our convenient Drive-Up Window, located on the south side of the building.

Select "Drive-up Window" as your pickup location when placing your hold. Contact Circulation or edit your account online to set the Drive-up Window as your default pickup location.

The drive-up window is open during regular library hours. Services are limited at the window, please come into the library to pay materials recovery fees, register for a library card, or conduct other complicated transactions.

Drive-Up Book Drop

When it is time for you to return your library materials, the Drive-Up Book Drop is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and located on the south side of the building. Please bring materials into the library that are marked as unsuitable for the book drop, such as WiFi hotspots, Rokus, and other non-traditional items.

Pickup Lockers

When you can't make it to the library before we close, you can request that your materials be placed in a Pickup Locker. The lockers are located on the south side of the building, east of the drive-up window and drive-up book drops.

Whether it's early in the morning or late at night, you can pick up your items when it's convenient for you. 

  • Select "Pick-up Lockers" as your Pickup Location when placing a hold or call the Circulation Department at (440) 871-2600 during open hours.
  • Your items will be checked out to you and placed in a locker.
  • Items will be held in the locker for three (3) days.
  • The last 7 numbers of your library card (no symbols or letters) will be your access code. Enter those numbers on the keypad followed by the pound sign (#) to open your locker and retrieve your items.
Drive-Up Mobile Print Pick Up

Same-day computer print jobs can be picked up from our drive-up Pick-Up Window. Please submit your print job following the instructions on our Mobile Printing page.

  • After your job is submitted, call the library at 440-871-2600 and select the option for drive-up pick-up (Option 1) to arrange a time for pick-up.
  • To ensure that we have time to correctly print your job, please call at least one hour prior to closing.

Print jobs are limited to 50 pages. Print finishing (stapling, binding, etc.) is not available.
