Bodyweight Burn is a total-body aerobic and strength-conditioning workout. No weights? No problem! Dumbbells are optional and only if you want the added intensity. Don’t worry, with or without weights, you are sure to get a heart-pumping workout in.
This total body class uses a combination of calisthenics (a form of body weight training as a way to build strength!) and a mix of high-intensity cardio to improve your endurance and show you just what incredible feats your body is capable of. All levels are welcome, as the movements can be modified for any level participant to enjoy. Come get sweaty with us!
