Bring a soft toy of any kind that needs repaired and learn basic sewing techniques to make your friend as good as new. Please register each child individually. Grades 1-5.
Caregivers are encouraged to stay for the program to learn the sewing techniques and assist their child(ren). One of the best things we can do for our planet is limit the amount of waste that we produce. By fixing stuffed animals and dolls, participants will keep these toys out of the landfill while practicing sewing skills. We will also share a short story or informational text that reinforces this concept.
