Learn the basics of weaving while experimenting with color and texture as they collaborate on a single woven project. Each child will get a loom to keep. Grades 3-5.
This program is for an adult with a child currently enrolled in 3rd through 5th grade.
Please register each child individually. One adult may accompany up to three children.
Weaving helps kids develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, self-confidence, patience, and focus – skills used in reading and writing. Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after we start will not be admitted into the program.
