Join Becky Verner for a Mother’s Day Memorial Gathering offering tools for personal well-being and a social support group for those grieving a loss.
We will begin with an introduction and Circle of Remembrance candle-lighting ceremony to build a safe space of community and support. Next, we will participate in a short, gentle yoga class to connect our breath with movement and stillness - focusing on mind/body awareness, breath and the factors of our lives we can control. A longer guided-meditation Savasana will be offered to close the practice.
As a continued precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19, this event will be held on Zoom.
