Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a form of Vinyasa Yoga that links the breath, movement, and poses together. The Sanskrit work, "Vinyasa," has a variety of meanings, but the most common reference is to the connection between breath and movement. The slow flow classes combine a relaxed atmosphere with a therapeutic pace, which is unique for a vinyasa session. Relaxing the mind and body as you move through poses.
