Join the author of "Lost Cleveland," Laura DeMarco, as she discusses her latest book entitled "Lost Civil War: The Disappearing Legacy of America's Greatest Conflict."
Take a journey with Laura DeMarco through lost Civil War battlefields and buildings that have been destroyed or become overgrown over the centuries. Lost Civil War: The Disappearing Legacy of America’s Greatest Conflict is a unique collection of lost Civil War heritage that features a wide range of sites, arranged thematically and illustrated with more than 200 vintage photographs throughout. This evening’s presentation will journey back in time to many of those, including battlefields, prisons, hospitals, camps and more.
Laura will also revisit some local history from her first three successful books —Lost Cleveland, Cleveland Then and Now, and Mark Twain's America Then and Now. Visit the author's website for more information about her writing and interests.
