Sometimes learning is just hard. It helps to practice school skills with someone who has been through it too. Teen volunteers are standing by for drop-in homework help. Grades 1-6.
The teens are here to practice math facts and reading skills with elementary students. Intermediate students might need help studying for a test or proofreading a paper. Working through a supplemental workbook? Bring it in! Any and all school work, studying, memorization, or practice are options for these skillful teenage students.
Sign up starts at 4:00 pm at the Youth Services Desk. Sessions are planned for 20 minute increments with the potential to extend depending on teen availability.
